月婵娟项目是一个集合精品咖啡、水果茶品、糕点、花艺及艺术展示的一个综合性空间。在刚接到项目的设计任务的时候,就被这个项目的初衷难住了。很显然在当今的商业环境下,一个品牌想要得到更多的关注产生更大的利润,需要作专与做精,更何况它是一个新品牌。

Month life project is a collection boutique coffee, fruit tea, pastry, flower art, and art shows a comprehensive space. At the time of just got a design task from the project, it was stumped by the original intention of the project. Obviously in today's business environment, a brand wants to get more attention to generate more profit, needs to be designed to do fine, what's more, it is a new brand.

与品牌创办人陈先生讨论了很久这个话题,但是还是经不住他的这份执着。

现场数据分析Field data analysis

    项目之初经过了几次选址的过程,幸运的最终在万达这个大牌商圈找到了位置,但现场也发现几大项目现有问题。

    1、店铺建筑立面与室内空间成切角状态,空间的使用率受到很大的影响;

设计处理上将空间的对外延伸部分进行了最大化的利用,利用有限空间进行共享设计,设置了可以随意坐下来的防腐木长台,使得路过的行人可以很自然的靠近与滞留。

增强多角度品牌传达。

设计处理上将品牌LOGO植入户外装置灯饰以不同的展示角度进行设置,增强品牌的有效传递。

增强内部空间可视性。

设计处理上最大化的将门头提高处理,避免过高的门头对内部空间产生心理上的压抑,取消原有二层立面的遮阳玻璃贴,最大化形成内外的视觉互通与情感互动。

梳理空间功能,结合或区分。

设计上将操作区完全设置在一楼位置,将展示区主要设置于二层,形成功能与精神的不同层面。将休闲散客形式设置于一楼,将交流聚会形式设置于二楼,有效的形成两种不同的空间使用场所。

增强内部的动线引导。

设计处理上将空间的主朝向以入口斜面为基础,形成自然引入,改变楼梯的入口起步台阶形式,塑造楼梯廊道形式,从视觉的吸引到心理的探趣自然引导客人步入二楼空间。

常规的饮品店多以星巴克为模本形成厚重私密的空间氛围。作为新兴品牌的形式设定,空间上的形式及色彩处理尤为关键,本案以“月婵娟”理解“圆”为基础元素演绎国际风范空间结构,以轻松自然为基本色彩营造舒适雅致的空间调性,赋予空间完整的契合品牌的主题氛围。
